We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of Smoke Creek Ranch. We will maintain a database of customers in order to make them aware of new products and services offered by Smoke Creek Ranch. We care about the privacy of our visitors and customers and we actively enforce this policy. Terms & Conditions We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express and payments are made thru PayPal or you can pay using your PayPal Account. Our site has been validated by C.O.M.O.D.O. and we use SSL for secure transactions which can be verified by clicking on the C.O.M.O.D.O. banner in the lower right-hand corner of our store. All sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items only within 30 days from date of sale. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped. Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax at checkout. Shipping Standard Shipping Policy In stock items normally ship within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment in full. Out of stock items normally ship within 7 to 10 days after receipt of payment in full. We currently ship USPS Priority Mail Insured and UPS Ground All Fragrances and Colognes must be shipped UPS Ground. Please choose UPS Ground when checking out if your order contains any Fragrances or Colognes. We will not be able to ship your order in a timely manner if you choose USPS instead of UPS Ground for any orders containing Fragrances or Colognes. This is due to Fragrances and Colognes being considered hazardous materials. |
