I know a secret place where a majestic Blue Spruce presides over a lovely meadow. I go there because the solitude is good for body and soul. My ritual in this place is simple: I walk to the creek for water, gather wood for a small fire, then settle down to make a pot of coffee, I have a favorite blend just for this place. Mild and smooth, with a touch of floral sweetness, it goes well with the clean mountain air. So well, in fact, that when I can't go to the meadow I make this coffee, close my eyes, and smell the spicy fragrance of the Blue Spruce.

A full flavored blend of Central American, South American and Indonesian coffees with a medium body and cocoa flavor notes; a great blend for any time of day!
