So is this "Cap and Trade" plan a good deal for farmers and ranchers? Tell us what you know. Some say it will put money into the pockets of farmers and ranchers and some say it will take money out of the farmers and ranchers.

It seems to me this will cost us allot. Why are they painted the people who care most about our land as evil land killers? I really don't get it. Thanks for th [post and an chance to respond with my remarks!!
